深入解剖MBSC系統:二日課表,懸垂式上膊強度安排

在《深入解剖MBSC系統》的講座中所提供的 2016年夏日課表【Summer 2016 Updated.xls】,關於二日的課表{2 Day P1 Lift…2 Day P4 Lift}中的,每個階段的安排為:

Phase 1:3×5 (Pos. 1)
Phase 2:3×5 (Pos. 2)
Phase 3:Day1: 3×3 Day:2 3×5(65-75%)
Phase 4:3×5

第三階段來到比較高的強度,其中每週的第二日為什麼不是3×3,而是3×5,而且課表上還特別說明強度(65-75%),有什麼原因嗎?講師Eddie有解釋:

第二日是3×5是為了可以讓選手可以從第一日從 Acclerative Strength 的光譜往左移到 Strength Speed,進而訓練到不同爆發力區塊。特別註明是提醒選手該日的 Hang Clean 是65-75% 3×5, 而不是第一日的3×3。

何謂 Strength-Speed 呢?節取至Bryan Mann Talks Velocity Based Training

Strength-speed , which is defined as moving a moderately heavy weight as fast as possible (i.e., moderate loads at moderate velocities) was found in to exist at .75-1.0m/s (4-6) (10). Multiple researchers each used a different word to explain the same thing but since the Roman text (10) was published the earliest, its terminology is followed.
